After your purchase, we will send you a preview link showcasing a glimpse of how your child will appear in the book’s illustrations. Please note that this preview will only show parts of the book and not the entire content.

  • Action Required After Preview: You have the option to confirm the preview and send your book to printing, or, if not fully satisfied, you may cancel your entire order and receive a full refund with a simple click (partial cancellations of specific items within an order are not permitted).
  • Please note: Once you receive the preview, it is crucial to check it promptly. If no action is taken within 48 hours, your order will automatically proceed to printing, and at that point, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
  • Refund Processing: Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

When is it possible to cancel my order?

  • Prior to Printing Confirmation: As outlined above, you can cancel your entire order within 48 hours of receiving the preview if not satisfied.
  • Delivery Delay: You may also cancel if we have not delivered the order within 40 days from the date you placed it.

What happens after I cancel my order?

  • Upon a valid cancellation request, we will issue a full refund.

How do I proceed with an exchange if my book has quality issues?

  • If you encounter quality issues with your book, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Follow our instructions to return the original book. Upon receipt, we will send a replacement book, maintaining the same topic and personalization details (including the child’s name and information) as the original order. Changes to these details are not permitted for exchanges.

Can I cancel my order for any reason?

  • Beyond the preview confirmation and the specified delivery delay, cancellations are not accepted due to the personalized nature of our products.

What should I do with the book if I return it?

  • The book should be returned in its original packaging. Ensure it’s packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
