I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. They sent out a replacement book right away, and this time it arrived in perfect condition. The illustrations are stunning, and my daughter loves seeing herself in the book. Despite the initial hiccup, I’m very impressed with the quality and service. Definitely recommend!
